Averra Care was founded by a team of healthcare professionals who had spent careers in hospitals and long-term care facilities — and who kept asking the same question: why can't seniors receive this level of care in their own homes?
The answer, we discovered, wasn't that it was impossible. It was that no one had built the right organization to deliver it. So we did.
Averra Care is a growing home care provider headquartered in London, Ontario — combining the warmth of family with the rigour of a professional healthcare organization. Every caregiver we hire, every care plan we create, and every family we support reflects our founding belief: that compassionate, professional care at home is not a luxury. It's a right.

From the beginning, we built Averra Care with a belief that great care organizations don't stop at the front door. We are actively developing programs that extend our reach to seniors who need support most — regardless of their financial situation.
CareCircle
A community reinvestment initiative where a portion of every service hour funds subsidized care for seniors who cannot afford private home care. CareCircle is our commitment that financial circumstances should never determine the quality of care a senior receives.
FaithCare Network
A partnership model connecting Averra Care with faith communities across Southwestern Ontario. Through trusted congregational relationships, we aim to identify isolated seniors and connect them with care, companionship, and community support.
MunicipalCare
A framework for partnering with municipal governments and social services to deliver coordinated, subsidized home care to qualifying seniors. We are actively building the relationships and infrastructure to make this a reality.
